Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. The candidate will work closely with project managers, development teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress and prepare status reports.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and clients.
• Schedule and document project meetings, MOMs, and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and milestones.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and project records.
• Identify project risks, delays, and escalation points.
• Follow up with team members to ensure deliverables are met.
• Support client communication and requirement gathering.
• Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills
