Position Overview: PAL Infocom Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our dynamic team. 

The ideal candidate should have a decade+ sales experience in Web/IT products or services company.

Work experience and Roles & Responsibilities:

• Having hands-on experience in conceptualizing the strategies to drive the growth

• Should have understanding of the Plugins, Extensions, Scripts in the e-Commerce (Word press centric) and e-Learning space (Moodle LMS)

• Should bring along understanding of the client needs in this space

• Should be a Fully focused Sales person with extensive hands-on experience of building high volume growth strategies

• Should develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.

• Should monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet their needs.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

• Experience working with BYJUS or similar companies will be a significant advantage.

Qualifications:

• MBA, MCA, BTECH, or any Technical Graduate.

Work Schedule:

• Mostly virtual, around 2-3 hrs a day.
